Domaine Hubert Brochard
Sancerre Les Trois Coteaux 2023
Sancerre
This Sauvignon comes from vineyards surrounding the winery based in Chavignol in the center of the Appellation, on caillotes soil (small chalky stones). The vineyard is HVE environmental certified (High Environmental Value). Sauvignon grapes are harvested partly with machines and by hand. Pressing is only in pneumatic presses. The vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature in order to keep all the fine aromas of Sauvignon. This caillotes terroir gives very balanced, fine and precise Sancerre. Bottling occurs in May the year after the harvest. A perfect expression of the unique caillotes soil of Sancerre.
Vineyard
Hubert Brochard Vineyard is a total of 93 Ha : 83 Ha in Sancerre (with 10 Ha of Pinot Noir), 5 Ha in Pouilly Fumé, 5 Ha in IGP.
